Boston-based start-up Phoenix Revolution Inc. is poised to contribute to solving the water crises in Flint MI and Southern California, while improving water quality here in Massachusetts. Phoenix has a simple, scientifically and technologically sound, and comparatively inexpensive solution to the problem of potable drinking water from ocean or contaminated sources.
The testing labs at MIT, UNH and Suffolk University, the alma mater of founder Casey Glynn, have independently validated the uniquely configured membrane system (patent pending) that results in chemical-free decontamination and desalination outcomes.
Phoenix is in the process of conducting projects ranging from pilot to contractual arrangements with several communities in MA, a privately owned farm in New Jersey, a water district in California, and villages in both Vietnam and Haiti. The company is fielding daily inquiries seeking further information and demonstrations from water challenged jurisdictions around the Globe.
